Yes, we are proudly cruelty-free. The majority of our range is 100% vegan, and we clearly label any products that contain clean, sustainably sourced ingredients like honey or collagen.

How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Are your sheet masks biodegradable?

Sustainability is a priority for us. Many of our sheet masks are made from biodegradable plant-based fibers, and we are actively working toward making our entire range eco-friendly.
